Shipping Policies and Guidelines:

 

Domestic Orders:

We are thrilled to offer free domestic shipping within the Greater United States. Please allow a minimum of 5 days handling, in addition to postal transit times, as we prepare each order in house. It is of great care, that each piece and all its details, are meticulously viewed prior to shipment. 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

As each order is printed on demand, we reserve the right to not offer any refunds for change of mind. However, if the item you receive is faulty or damaged, we will work to replace the item in a timely manner. Please use the contact us field for any questions or concerns. For locals to the Monterey Peninsula, we can arrange an in person delivery at a minimal cost. 

 

International orders:

All orders placed outside of the United States, or with a delivery address outside of the United States, will automate the postal cost to your individual country at checkout. If you are looking to purchase a bulk order, you can use our contact us field to receive a customized delivery quote. Please note: in the event International customs fees may incur, these fees and import taxes are out of our control and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any and such fees. Delivery times will vary on your location and preferred postal method. 

 

Bespoke Orders:

All bespoke orders will be handled by email & phone. All prior return and postal information may also apply. Please inquire by email or by the contact us page.  These commissioned paintings are specific places for specific people, which view these places as important to their lives. Commissioned paintings are still possible, upon negotiations with clients. However these original commissioned paintings' have a minimum cost of $5,500 each.
